We Don’t Preach, We Practice
Our clients have achieved their building performance goals with Catalyst Partners for over 24 years. Our own office building in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serves as a testing ground for many of the services we provide. From LEED to WELL to Net Positive Energy, we don’t recommend anything that hasn’t been vetted and implemented by our team. An inspiration and driving force for building performance
With over four decades of experience, our President, Keith Winn, is no stranger to the evolution of sustainable design strategies. His knowledge and passion for the industry has been integral to our approach to the work we do. Keith was a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and was an active participant in the development of LEED standards and served on several USGBC committees including his role as Vice-Chair of the LEED Steering Committee.
