Keith Winn LEED-AP - President
  Keith Winn, LEED-AP, a design professional with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, facility management and product development, leads Catalyst Partners. As a founding member of USGBC, LEED Faculty, Market Sector Committee member and past vice-chair of the LEED Steering Committee, he has a fundamental understanding of the standards and practices for sustainable development and LEED certification. Keith has worked on projects in Costa Rica, Italy and the United Arab Emirates.
   
  John H. Stivers LEED-AP - Project Engineer
  John Stivers , LEED-AP, is a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in project programming and construction project management. John held a lead role in the development of the LEED for Commercial Interiors rating system (LEED-CI). During his career, he has gained experience in facility management, workplace evaluations and business development. John has international experience with projects in Bath, England.
   
  Dawn M. Holtrop LEED-AP - Architect
 

Dawn M. Holtrop, LEED-AP is an Architect with over 20 years experience in all phases of architecture including LEED administration, project management, master planning, programming, architectural design, interior design, code investigation, architectural working drawings, specification writing, contract negotiation, cost estimating, and construction administration. Dawn has traveled extensively and has international experience as a practicing architect in Frankfurt, Germany.

   
Theresa Hogerheide-Reusch LEED-AP - Director of Submittal Compliance
  Theresa Hogerheide-Reusch, LEED-AP, has over 20 years of Interior Design and project management experience. Theresa a member of USGBC’s LEED Materials and Resources Technical Advisor Group is responsible for helping our manufacturing clients assess their products’ environmental qualities. She also assists building project teams with specifications for sustainable products and processes and reviews project submittals for LEED certification under contract with the USGBC.
   
  David Clemo LEED Project Administrator
  David Clemo, LEED Project Administrator has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has expertise in coordinating services provided by architects and general contractors for the development and construction of facilities and has proven abilities in writing of grant applications to State and Federal housing agencies.
   
  Michael J. Hoffman LEED Project Administrator
 

Michael J. Hoffman, Registered Architect and LEED Project Administrator has over 10 year experience in the design and construction industry. He has extensive experience in strategic planning including the organization and management of programs/processes for achieving and measuring desired outcomes. He has proven skills in managing owner expectations aligned with staff, designers, contractors and community stakeholders.

 
  Johanna Poole LEED Project Coordinator
 

Johanna Poole, LEED Project Coordinator has experience with planning, management, and supervision of multi stakeholder programs. Johanna has experience with the creation of employee and community based education and training programs, public relations and program mobilization, evaluation of sustainable product sourcing, purchasing and use, and greening of business waste and energy streams. Johanna has international experience working with the Costa Rican coffee cooperative Coope Dota.

   
  Jordan Winn LEED Project Coordinator
 

Jordan Winn, LEED Project Coordinator has an Associates Degree in Electronics and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and studied International Business in London, England. Jordan provides guidance with the economics of the development and construction industry with a focus in financial incentives for high performance green buildings and the preparation and management of business systems used to track results.

   
  Mark Sorensen CEM, LEED AP, HVAC Engineer
 

Mark Sorensen, CEM, LEED AP, HVAC Engineer has extensive experience with HVAC Equipment operation and system design including chillers, boilers, air handlers, make-up air units, air turnover units humidification, de-humidification, roof top equipment, water source heat pumps, geo thermal heat pumps, direct digital temperature controls, and pneumatic temperature controls. He is experienced and proficient with Energy Modeling software used for design optimization and compliance with LEED requirements.

Bob Gengelbach, PE, LEED AP provides Energy Modeling and Commissioning Services specializing in the optimization of HVAC systems performance. With over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his project’s which enhances interdisciplinary coordination.

   
  Felix Goto, Ph.D - Energy Engineer

Felix Goto, Ph.D has extensive experience in Demand Side Management working with some of the world’s biggest companies in retail, manufacturing and other industries to apply state of the art engineering techniques and leading technology to achieve significant energy efficiencies. Felix provides comprehensive energy assessment, modeling, and daylight simulation services. He has studied and worked in Zimbabwe and London England.

 
Tom DeVries - Senior Associate
 
Tom DeVries is a Senior Associate and has been active in the construction industry serving in a variety of roles for 15 years with primary focus in project management and value engineering. He is a founding member of the Green Building Council of Costa Rica, launched in late 2007 under the guidance of the World Green Building Council. His focus is to assist with the coordination of the LEED administration process and to provide sustainable solutions to the challenges of market transformation faced by the constructed environment in emerging market economies.
