Keith Winn LEED-AP BD+C, ID+C, and LEED Certification Reviewer - President
Keith Winn LEED-AP - President  Keith Winn, is a design professional with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, facility management and product development, leads Catalyst Partners. As a founding member of USGBC, LEED Faculty, Market Sector Committee member and past vice-chair of the LEED Steering Committee, he has a fundamental understanding of the standards and practices for sustainable development and LEED certification. Keith has worked on projects in Costa Rica, Italy and the United Arab Emirates.
   
  Jennifer Andrew LEED-AP BD+C, LEED Certification Reviewer - LEED Project Administrator
  Jennifer Andrew, is a Registered Architect with over 17 years of professional experience in all phases of commercial architecture ranging from healthcare, government facilities, and education, both K-12 and Higher Ed. She has a Masters of Architecture and a Masters of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan. Jennifer has been involved in several projects achieving LEED certification and many more following the standards of LEED. Hard working, detail oriented, and amicable, she is able to identify critical issues and facilitate a team approach to problem solving.
   
  Paul Conrad LEED-AP BD+C - LEED Project Engineer
 

Paul Conrad, is an Energy Engineer with more than six years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. He is experienced and proficient with Energy Modeling software used for design optimization and compliance with LEED requirements. He is also experienced in the creation and administration of Demand Side Management (DSM) projects, including energy efficiency, direct installation, demand response and custom projects. Paul also has extensive experience with Measurement and Verification (M&V) projects, their requirements, data logging, analysis, and administration. He has experience in project management of small groups of individuals seeking to meet technical goals.

   
 

Eric Doyle LEED-AP BD+C, ID+C, and LEED Certification Reviewer - LEED Project Administrator and Quality Manager

Eric Doyle LEED-AP

Eric Doyle, is a Project Manager with over 13 years of combined experience in the commercial office interiors and sustainable design/build construction industry. Beyond his expertise in sustainable building practices he has a background in technical education and facilitated training for hundreds of professionals from many countries around the world about LEED and green building fundamentals. Eric has managed eight LEED-CI, CS, and NC projects and has participated in four additional LEED-CI and NC projects, totaling over one million square feet from coast to coast.

   
 

Jim McCarty LEED-AP BD+C and O+M - Senior Project Manager

   
Jim McCarty LEED-AP Jim McCarty, is a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of combined experience with architectural firms and construction firms, and as a faculty member at five universities, where he conducted research on building energy consumption, envelope integrity, and characteristics of building materials. Jim has led dozens of project teams through LEED certification and has assisted firms in Italy and Croatia with LEED projects. For USGBC, Jim has assisted with the development of the LEED Volume program and has conducted reviews of several LEED Volume projects.
   
 

Amanda Webb Nichols Assoc. AIA, LEED-AP BD+C, CDT - LEED Project Coordinator and LEED Project Administrator

   
Amanda Webb Nichols Amanda Webb Nichols, is a design professional with 10 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and construction, and is the LEED Project Coordinator for Catalyst Partners. Recent experience includes combining her LEED expertise with knowledge of specifications and design guidelines to update the design and construction standards for a major state university to reinforce their sustainability goals. Amanda is also a member of the Detroit Regional Chapter of the USGBC and has served as co-chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee.

Andrea Winn - Financial Operations Administrator Andrea Winn, is a Financial Operations Administrator has experience in both public and private accounting in the profit and non-profit industries. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Spanish as well as international experience in Spain and the UK. She administers financial operations with an emphasis on continual growth and sustainability.

Jordan Winn LEED-AP - Leed Project Coordinator Jordan Winn, is a LEED Project Coordinator has an Associates Degree in Electronics and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and studied International Business in London, England. Jordan provides guidance with the economics of the development and construction industry with a focus in financial incentives for high performance green buildings and the preparation and management of business systems used to track results.

  Sachin Anand PE, LEED-AP
  Sachin Anand, is a Principal at dbHMS with over 14 years of experience in innovative engineering design. He has designed, commissioned and managed projects from commercial, residential and healthcare to industrial and award-winning sustainable designs. Several of his projects have been featured in national and local publications including the Chicago Tribune. He is an Adjunct Professor at Illinois Institute of Technology's College of Architecture and frequently presents on topics of sustainability such as, ASHRAE 90.1, Energy Conservation Codes, Energy Modeling, LEED, Integrated Design, to multitude of audiences. Also, he has been a reviewer for Green Permit Program in the City of Chicago and served as a commissioning agent on LEED projects. He has performed code reviews for the City of Chicago under their Developer Services program.
   
  Philip Baah-Sackey LEED Green Associate, Mechanical Engineer
  Philip Baah-Sackey, is a Mechanical Engineer who holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. His focus has been on the LEED Certification process, as well as implementing the most current energy and indoor air quality standards. Philip is proficient with drafting and energy modeling software, and has participated in functional testing during the building commissioning process.
   
  Carlie Bullock-Jones ASID, LEED-AP BD+C & ID+C, LEED Project Reviewer - LEED Project Administrator
  Carlie Bullock-Jones, is the Owner of Ecoworks Studio, an Atlanta-based sustainable design consulting firm. As a LEED Faculty™ for the U.S. Green Building Council, Carlie is a highly sought-after speaker and writer for national events and publications. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with the LEED certification process and has successfully facilitated and consulted on numerous award-winning LEED projects, which included leading the effort for the first LEED CI Platinum rated facility in the world, the Interface Showroom and offices. Carlie has been an active member of the USGBC since 1999 and has served on USGBC national committees such as the LEED-CI Core Committee, Curriculum Committee, Education Review Committee, LEED 2012 Pilot Credit working group and remains active at the local level as the immediate past Chair of the USGBC Georgia Chapter Board of Directors and member of the Atlanta Branch Leadership Group.

Rico Cedro, is Director of Sustainable Design at Verdi Workshop, an innovative Chicago based sustainable design firm. The focus of Rico’s work is the design of corporation and cultural institutions facilities, which integrate innovative workplace concepts with sustainable architecture, interiors and urban design. In over twenty-five years of practice, he has designed projects for Sabre, Harcourt General, Sprint-Canada and other Fortune 500 Companies. The recipient of numerous awards, including a National Endowment for the Arts Individual Design Arts Grant, Princeton University Merit Fellowship, AIA COTE Top Ten Green Project and a Chicago AIA Sustainability Award, Rico is a frequent speaker at sustainability conferences, including Greenbuild and Greening the Heartland.
   
  Morna Hallsaxton MFA, LEED-AP BD+C & ID+C, LEED Project Administrator
  Morna Hallsaxton, has over fifteen years of interior design experience and has benefited from her masters in Environmental Design degree for the last five years by teaching at Michigan State University and becoming a team member for reviewing LEED projects for certification. Her education and teaching at MSU have allowed her to create and teach a sustainable environment class for senior students and coordinate the publication of her master’s thesis discussing the aspects of a healthy design for residential occupants. Her nursing (BSN) education and interior design experience have provided sustainable environmental inputs and continued experience for occupant health for interior spaces. Morna has experience in auditing to ISO 14001 Standard and ASNI/BIFMA 3e Furniture Sustainability Standard.

Dawn M. Holtrop LEED-AP - Architect Dawn M. Holtrop, is an Architect with over 20 years experience in all phases of architecture including LEED administration, project management, master planning, programming, architectural design, interior design, code investigation, architectural working drawings, specification writing, contract negotiation, cost estimating, and construction administration. Dawn has traveled extensively and has international experience as a practicing architect in Frankfurt, Germany.
   
  Anna Huttel LEED-AP BD+C, LEED-H Green Rater
  Anna Huttel, is an architect working in Design Integration at dbHMS. She assists project teams in developing strategies for LEED certification both for MEP-related credits and more general consulting. Anna also coordinates lighting design for dbHMS. Her work involves using cutting-edge products to help clients create a lighting system that is cost effective, energy efficient, and aesthetic pleasing. Anna brings a broad knowledge base to implementing green techniques and strategies. Prior to joining dbHMS, Anna worked in architectural design at Lohan Anderson in Chicago, assisting with international hospitality projects. She is a member of the Chicago Conservation Corps and believes in integrated and environmentally responsible design. She was awarded the 2010 Alpha Rho Chi Medal by IIT’s College of Architecture for her leadership and service to the profession.
   
  Martin Mechtenberg Assoc. AIA, LEED-AP BD+C, LEED Project Reviewer - LEED Project Administrator
  Marty Mechtenberg, is a designer, educator and green building advocate. Working closely with the LEED green building program for many years, he has engaged dozens of projects both domestically and internationally. He is passionate about disseminating knowledge about all aspects of sustainable community design to his local and regional community. He is trained as an architect and educator and has earned a Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
   
  Anna Morton LEED-AP BD+C, Project Engineer
  Anna Morton, is a Project Engineer at dbHMS. Her primary focus is building energy modeling and specialty sustainable mechanical design. She has modeled some unique systems including hybrid ground source heat pump systems, photovoltaic shading, and sunspaces. Anna has also evaluated the performance and energy usage of existing building systems. Her passion for sustainable design extends outside of the office and country, through volunteer engineering work in South America.
   
  Sue Norman LEED-AP BD+C, Green Advantage Certified – Interior Designer and LEED Project Administrator
Sue Norman LEED-AP – Interior Designer Sue Norman, is an Interior Designer experienced in all phases of a commercial design/build project. Her first career was in teaching and Sue currently teaches Green Advantage courses through Grand Rapids Community College as well as interior design studio courses at Michigan State University. Sue’s passion for sustainability is woven throughout her life and work. She created and manages www.easytobegreen.com, a sustainable design resource for interior designers. Sue was a founding member of the West Michigan Chapter of the US Green Building Council and was a member of the chapter’s first Board of Directors.
   
  Craig Ressler Product Engineer, Certification Project Manager
  Craig Ressler, is an experienced Product Engineer, Sustainability Researcher and is a Licensed Michigan Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He has over 23 years of professional experience in industrial settings as Product Engineer with design responsibilities for companies such as Flow-Rite Controls, Diesel Technology and Pratt & Whitney.
   
  Mark Sorensen CEM, LEED-AP BD+C, HVAC Engineer
Mark Sorensen CEM, LEED AP, HVAC Engineer Mark Sorensen, has extensive experience with HVAC Equipment operation and system design including chillers, boilers, air handlers, make-up air units, air turnover units humidification, de-humidification, roof top equipment, water source heat pumps, geo thermal heat pumps, direct digital temperature controls, and pneumatic temperature controls. He is experienced and proficient with Energy Modeling software used for design optimization and compliance with LEED requirements.
   
  John H. Stivers LEED-AP BD+C - Project Engineer
John H. Stivers LEED-AP - Project Engineer John Stivers, is a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in project programming and construction project management. John held a lead role in the development of the LEED for Commercial Interiors rating system (LEED-CI). During his career, he has gained experience in facility management, workplace evaluations and business development. John has international experience with projects in Bath, England.
   
    Margaret Zak M.Sc.; R.P. Bio, Environmental Scientist/Project Manager  
   
  Margaret Zak, is a Project Manager/Environmental Scientist with over 25 years experience in the management of environmental corrective action projects, human health and ecological risk assessments, and environmental auditing/compliance management. Margaret has worked for the federal government, major corporations, non-profit organizations, and environmental consulting firms in this capacity. Margaret is currently involved in sustainable product certifications for various manufacturers, educating companies as to the value of obtaining these certifications, and developing streamlined tools by which to facilitate the certification process.
